OUR JOURNEY
2412 Farms was established in 2015 with a small 10 acre farm just outside Ibadan city growing Moringa and creating tea blends and beauty oils with the harvest from this powerful crop. In 2021 we began to expand and now have 7 farms across Oyo State growing corn, soya, cassava, tomatoes, lettuce, yam, mangoes, watermelon and other vegetables. It has been a journey, and we have learned many lessons along the way. Today our focus is on susatinability, plugging into the food supply chain in a significant way and looking towards a more organic approach to all our farms. We are also working on becoming part of the down stream of the value chain with introducing processing and renewable energy. We operate a grow-to-order model, cultivating crops based on the specific needs and timelines of our customers. This ensures that buyers receive exactly what they need—whether by variety, volume, or quality—while reducing waste and improving supply chain efficiency. Our tailored approach guarantees freshness, consistency, and traceability from seed to harvest.
AGGREGATION
We offer agricultural aggregation services that connect smallholder farmers to larger markets by consolidating their produce for efficient distribution and sale. By streamlining logistics and ensuring quality standards, we help farmers increase their income while providing buyers with consistent, bulk supplies of fresh, traceable produce.
SEEDLINGS
We offer high-quality seedling raising services to support farmers with healthy, vigorous plants ready for transplanting. Grown under optimal nursery conditions, our seedlings ensure better germination rates, faster growth, and higher yields—saving farmers time and improving overall productivity.
